We have dealt with SagePay/Opayo for many years, and with respect havent enjoyed five star customer service until today. Despite being professional and polite often we are left with a "im not really sure they understood what we asked" feeling when dealing with Opayo tech. James is a breath of fresh air, very responsive, super clear to give feedback and support and was literally brilliant.
