Great customer service
Great customer service, you get so used to being on hold for ages these days and dealing with companies who have no idea what customer service is and so it was a pleasant surprise to have my call answered quickly and deal with a very knowledgeable member of staff. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Issues registering
I had issues registering to access our account online, Stepanka was very helpful and fixed the issue for me, she stayed on the line while I re-set my password and talked me through the Dashboard etc once I was able to log in.
