I call in a panic not being able to get in to any of my on line accounts. The person that I spoke to Simon was so helpful with a calming and cheerful voice the i instantly felt at less stress. We got this sorted and am now able to access both of my accounts with his help and understanding. such a happy voice to help you through a stressful point

Excellent customer service today from Opayo, when we have a concern about fraudulent transactions the team always answers after just a few rings. I was helped by Simon today and we got to the bottom of a suspicious sale with his help and saved our company a lot of money!.

Excellent customer service, the instructions I received were thorough and easy to understand. Very quick with their replies and very patient. Although I dealt with a few members of the customer support team, all who were very good- just a quick mention to Amir- thank you, you have a patience of a saint!
