I have had endless problems sorting out…
I have had endless problems sorting out a direct debit for Elavon. All the fault of HSBC Bank who have been hopeless Today I called Elavon and the person that I spoke to has switched my account to a net payment basis so that the charges come out of receipts rather than through a direct debit. I am really happy with this. The person that I spoke to was really helpful

Customer Service at its highest!
Customer Service at its highest! You cannot ask for a better customer service experience, quick to answer the phone always polite and ensure that the reason/problem you call with is dealt with immediately. Along with any additional information needed emailed over within seconds of putting the phone down on the call.

Great company if you DONT want to get paid
This company has the following - No after care - No Supervisors - Poor customer care They randomly put your account on reserve and make up phantom excuses. Try getting a supervisor and you get a generic message saying that this isnt their policy to pass calls to any senior person. I spoke to Jacob, Edelyn and alexander call ref10610290 who were heplfull to the point where nothing was done apart from a complaint registered so no calls expected.
