Couldn't match Elavon reports and bank statements
I had some issues with Elavon reports not matching my internal figures or bank statements. Magda very patiently took me through the reports and explained how the figures were calculated. I very much appreciated all her help and patience.

Ive been trying to reset my account…
Further to my frantic and panicky cries for help to Opayo last night, the problem was sorted out on a different computer of mine WITHIN MINUTES in a most friendly and professional manner.
