Excellent Payment Gateway Partner

As a business, we haven't had a lot of contact with Opayo as we haven't needed to but recently this has increased from a support/technical and billing perspective. The contact number is quick to be answered, the staff are knowledgeable and have quickly resolved any technical or admin/billing issues we have had. I contacted OPAYO support today with a few questions and a request for help. The call was answered quickly by Kennedy. She knew exactly what I was asking and how to help, directed me and stayed on the line to make sure it all went through smoothly. We then exchanged emails which she responded to immediately. Logging in troubles - sorted straight away

I was having some trouble logging in and Christopher L helped me within minutes. He talked me through what needed to be done and was a great help, he also explained other aspect of our account which I'm not very clued up on. I would definitely feel comfortable ringing back if I encounter anymore issues along the way.
