Professional service received, exceeded expectation
We had our concerns having assumed we would be working with Elavon (incredibly poor review ratings), however Opayo customers services have been excellent and significantly better than our previous payment method provider. I confess this review has taken a few weeks (well, months) but it's well worth confirming the quality of service received. I couldn't log in to my sage pay
I couldn't log in to sage pay, the customer service advisor was very helpful and had a nice manner. He sent me a link to reset my password and I was up and running in no time. Very prompt, helpful support from the advisor!
