We experienced difficulties with Elavon regarding not having V-Pay on our account and money transactions were failing. After numerous attempts by phone and email to Elavon, even a complaint had to be registered to receive a response - Elavon kept saying Opayo needed to resolve the issue and Opayo confirmed that their end was correct and it was for Elavon to resolve.
