This is just to record my appreciation of the excellent customer service that I received from Daniel from Opayo. The advise offered was prompt, efficient and professional. 3DSv2 Direct integration parameters

We had some questions on a few of the addional 9 Direct integration parameters that are required to be 3DSv2 compliant so I emailed into Opayo Support. We received a case reference number and later a response via email with answers. We had a couple of addional clarification points in follow up emails and they were both dealt with swiftly.

Stepanka was very helpful, it was evident that she was willing to help and had a genuine interest in finding a solution, we worked the problem together we didn't get to the answer but this was due to timing and not due in any part to Stepanka, she explored every avenue to provide as much information as possible and was happy to do it.
