Was delighted it only needed one or two clicks to get to someone who could help me. Amir Elmahdy talked me through the whole process but at the right level! Not as though I was a 10-year old nor as someone confident with computers. A phone call that I had been dreading proved to be quite benign

First time I have used Opayo support this morning and got through pretty much straight away both times which in this day and age can be a rarity with support lines. Very grateful and impressed.
