OP doing the important things right

OP support has been great (Saif rocks). I don't feel like a ticket. I feel like I got a friend that came out to help me when my car was stranded on the road.Also, it really says something when the CEO is literally talking to customers day in and day out (He's all over the user community on Facebook). Like any organization, there will be challenges, but I am confident Ontrport will navigate through them successfully because their ear is constantly to the ground listening to their users. So ...

I had Rachel and she was UNSTOPPABLE!

I had Rachel and she was UNSTOPPABLE! She tried a few options right off the bat and they didn't work. She then dug deeper to see if we can start from the beginning and it still wasn't working. She suggested we get some more information from Stripe (they suck!) and I did.I came back after a coffee break and Rachel was still at it - troubleshooting! She re-jigged and configured something, sent a video and then walked me through adding the data AGAIN. It worked after the 20th time (no fault of ...

This is why I pay for Ontraport

I was struggling to get a new page up under an existing URL and Saif helped me crack through the issue and helped me solve it so I can fix the issue confidently on my own in the future.Human, approachable and customized help. This is why I pay for ontraport instead of a CRM without live help- it's SO WORTH IT the time saved by not having to crank through tutorials and written helps. And it matches my specific needs exactly.

Long-Term Customer Review

I've been an Ontraport customer since 2012 and their software has been the backbone of several of my businesses. The system is incredibly flexible, and far more than most marketing automation systems. Best of all, the support I've gotten from the team has been phenomenal. Definitely recommend.

The customer service agents are…Jessie, Alex, Chase

The customer service agents are knowledgeable, polite and patient. I always get my issue resolved and feel that I'm treated with respect. I also appreciate the light humor that sometimes gets thrown in!
