Great customer service and always get my questions answered with any calls I’ve made.

Very Easy & Excellent Customer Service

It is very easy to set up and run payroll with Onpay and the reports are very accurate. In case you can't figure out something, the customer service is excellent and they are ready to help you. I've been helped several times and they are very quick and reliable. Overall experience for me has been Excellent! I would recommend Onpay to anyone who is in need of a payroll service.

An excellent tool backed by an excellent team.

PROS: They have a really helpful and efficient support team. Whatever question I have for them, they are always willing to address and/or resolve. . CONS: I am very happy with OnPay. I can't think of anything negative to say about this tool.

If you have Payroll to do...I highly recommend OnPay as a payroll service. This company offers an easy to navigate website. I have used this service for over 3 years and will continue onward with them. Doing payroll for my employees is so easy! OnPay handles all of my Federal and State taxes for paychecks and direct deposits paychecks. It is truly "hands off" for busy me. Customer Service is fast to reply and ever ready to assist if there are any questions.

We love OnPay. We switched from Gusto last year, and it was so much better. Their customer service is the best of any business I've ever worked with. Their technology is top notch as well. They have accommodated our growth at every step.

PROS: I'm running a small startup. I've been making use of OnPay for a few years now. The app is simple to utilize and is straightforward. The greatest thing with the app is their customer support. I was able to resolve all my issues by talking to someone over online chat. Businesses out there should take a good look at OnPay. CONS: At the moment? Nothing.
