"Works well, Better than calls from a call center."

What do you like best about OnPage? The fact that I can work and note tickets without opening our ticketing system. What do you dislike about OnPage? The ring tones it uses are incredibly loud and there is no option for vibrate only. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It got us away from live calls from a call center.

What do you like best about OnPage? I absolutely love the page feature. Message details are received automatically by phone similar to a traditional pager. What do you dislike about OnPage? Mis-spelled names can delay response time. Correct spelling of names should be confirmed with each caller. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about OnPage? HIPAA compliant. Can set "quick notes" for ease of documentation. Can dial directly from the message What do you dislike about OnPage? Can't view messages once deleted (happens accidentally at times). Would be good if could set the caller ID the recipient sees (eg office phone instead of personal phone). "Simple and easy to use"

What do you like best about OnPage? Simple interface. It does the job for sending pages and is easy to use. I am able to tell if my forwarded messages are read by the recipient. What do you dislike about OnPage? Customization within the app and more visual appealing appearance. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about OnPage? As an on call nurse this service is vital! If I have any issues with calls or don’t hear the page they are quick to give you a ring ensuring calls don’t go long unresponded. Very easy to use, every company should use them! "On Call Crisis Work"

What do you like best about OnPage? OnPage has a loud alarm which is perfect for 24/7 crisis work! What do you dislike about OnPage? It will ring while you are on a call and is difficult to shut off while doing so. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not experienced any issues.

"Works well functionally, but could use a facelift"

What do you like best about OnPage? The ease of use to edit schedules is great, and we are able to switch on the fly as needed for on-call users. In addition, as far as I am aware we have never missed an on-call alert due to OnPage not sending a notice. What do you dislike about OnPage? The app makes it difficult to see the latest ticket note for an Autotask-synced ticket. This creates issues where I have to open the ticket in a separate app to see if this needs to be worked further. What ...

"Great application, very useful for after hours alerting."

What do you like best about OnPage? Easy of use, and ability to use different options of phones. Volume options are great as well. What do you dislike about OnPage? Only issue we had was a bug where some alerts didnt come through, got on with support and they resolved. Also a bit sad the notification at the top of the phone was removed that showed the pager was online. Recommendations to others considering OnPage: Give it a shot, you will not regret.
