What do you like best about OnPage? User friendly and gets my attention when I need to respond in timely way What do you dislike about OnPage? Interface feels somewhat outdated but that doesn't bother me much What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Triaging crisis calls for behavioral health

"OnPage works exactly as it should"
What do you like best about OnPage? The reliability of this application is what I am happy with. What do you dislike about OnPage? The default alert sound is downright terrifying. I had to change that ASAP! What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a rotating on call schedule. The admin interface works great, and is very flexible with timing and change.

What do you like best about OnPage? Keeps business alert when an emergency occurs to help us keep client material form being destroyed or damaged What do you dislike about OnPage? The app is very difficult to use and not very user-friendly when it comes to acknowledging an alarm. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping our facility keep an eye on our equipment when no one is on site.

I would like to see a more customizable mobile interface What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows my compnay to supply after hours support to our customer's

What do you like best about OnPage? Alerts populate to my phone screen and have an audible alarm so I know when I have an alert. What do you dislike about OnPage? Sometimes I have to click on an alert more than once for it to register. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? After hours alerts benefits me so I know what tickets come in after hours without having to constantly check.

What do you like best about OnPage? Simple platform to configure with multiple ways to initiate pages. The escalated pages are really useful for critical infrastructure issues assuring that any technician within the group will get notified if the initial technician is unavailable. What do you like best about OnPage? Ease of setup, the granularity of options. What do you dislike about OnPage? There are no dislikes, it is a great product. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Oncall scheduling and putting the right information into people's hands to solve the issue.

What do you like best about OnPage? The ability to use an app to contact others instead of using a personal phone. It is easy to log in to OnPage. It is easy to see missed calls and when they came through. What do you dislike about OnPage? Calls drop after being on the phone for awhile and you can't always tell who is calling to call them back. The voicemail feature also needs work. Setup didn't always work and messages didn't come through. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that ...

What do you like best about OnPage? After using a physical pager for years On Page is very convenient. The accessibility of turning it on and off is great. What do you dislike about OnPage? Possible issues with service or pages being delayed at times. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Have not had any missed pages in months.
