"Ease of service and friendly representatives"
What do you like best about OnPage? I absolutely love the page feature. Message details are received automatically by phone similar to a traditional pager. What do you dislike about OnPage? Mis-spelled names can delay response time. Correct spelling of names should be confirmed with each caller. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? "Simple and easy to use"
What do you like best about OnPage? Simple interface. It does the job for sending pages and is easy to use. I am able to tell if my forwarded messages are read by the recipient. What do you dislike about OnPage? Customization within the app and more visual appealing appearance. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting pages with the information sent in an alert vs receiving a phone call

"Works well, Better than calls from a call center."
What do you like best about OnPage? The fact that I can work and note tickets without opening our ticketing system. What do you dislike about OnPage? The ring tones it uses are incredibly loud and there is no option for vibrate only. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It got us away from live calls from a call center.

What do you like best about OnPage? Ease of setup, the granularity of options. What do you dislike about OnPage? There are no dislikes, it is a great product. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Oncall scheduling and putting the right information into people's hands to solve the issue.

"OnPage works exactly as it should"
What do you like best about OnPage? The reliability of this application is what I am happy with. What do you dislike about OnPage? The default alert sound is downright terrifying. I had to change that ASAP! What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a rotating on call schedule. The admin interface works great, and is very flexible with timing and change.

What do you like best about OnPage? Keeps business alert when an emergency occurs to help us keep client material form being destroyed or damaged What do you dislike about OnPage? The app is very difficult to use and not very user-friendly when it comes to acknowledging an alarm. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping our facility keep an eye on our equipment when no one is on site.

What do you like best about OnPage? Simple platform to configure with multiple ways to initiate pages. The escalated pages are really useful for critical infrastructure issues assuring that any technician within the group will get notified if the initial technician is unavailable. What do you like best about OnPage? Alerts populate to my phone screen and have an audible alarm so I know when I have an alert. What do you dislike about OnPage? Sometimes I have to click on an alert more than once for it to register. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? After hours alerts benefits me so I know what tickets come in after hours without having to constantly check.
