"The tiered alerting is the best piece of Onpage"

What do you like best about OnPage? Tiereed alerts - being able to get alerts, or have them escalate to the next caller if missed, is very important to our business, plus, it allows secondary on-call tech's to NOT be alerted if they don't need to be. What do you dislike about OnPage? It would be nice to pause the alerts, especially when they are compounding if the alert is the same for my team. Once you are up and investigating...the alerts keep coming in. What problems is OnPage solving ...

"Excellent replacement for physical pagers"

What do you like best about OnPage? I have had a physical pager for at least 20 years. I was absolutely thrilled when I learned my new organization was using a soft pager. OnPage is very easy to use. What do you dislike about OnPage? The initial rig tone was very annoying. This was easily remedied using the app settings. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast relieable communication for after hours software support.

"Reliable Smart Paging Solution"

What do you like best about OnPage? Overall, an easy to use paging system that functions well with both Apple iOS & Android devices. It's also user friendly and customizable. What do you dislike about OnPage? The sound of the siren notification should be customizable and not just a default sounder. It would be nice to able to view the onpage calendar as an end user. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Great pager replacement.

I jump everytime I hear it What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Get's me notifications when I need them, but i wish it was more connected to my email.

What do you like best about OnPage? Quick and easy setup. This is required for work and so I just had to do it. What do you dislike about OnPage? It's not so much OnPage, more that I had to do this as required for job. Don't really have anything. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Contacting people in emergencies.

"Works Great!"

What do you like best about OnPage? I like the quick response from getting the email to getting the alert. I like the fact it alerts if you do not respond. What do you dislike about OnPage? I haven't really found anything I don't like. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We get real time notifications and we don't have missed calls.
