"Reliable system"

What do you like best about OnPage? Reliable program that is helpful moving away from a pager system. What do you dislike about OnPage? Sometimes the alerts can be very loud and intrusive What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Decreased need to carry a pager with me and even when I have my pager it provides a reliable back up system.

"OnPage with Assimilation Team"

What do you like best about OnPage? I love the reporting features in the platform. What do you dislike about OnPage? Their are not enough rings before it goes to another team member. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing our employees that are traveling to reach anyone on the team for emergencies versus just our managers.

"Finally, a way to be alerted for after hours critical alerts from devices we manage"

What do you like best about OnPage? Our team leans heavily on AutoTask as our PSA. OnPage integrates well allowing our team to control when notifications come in. The ability to use a locally installed application on our phones is a plus. Their support team and sales team have been very helpful during the partnership. What do you dislike about OnPage? What do you like best about OnPage? Notifications are very quick once help is needed. I've used this as an IT technician. When something goes down or assistance is needed somewhere notifications are sent to the whole team. What do you dislike about OnPage? I dislike the sound options. What do you like best about OnPage? I love how easy it is to Bill. So much faster than my previous platform. Sign out and communication capability is also very helpful with the rest of my team. What do you like best about OnPage? Less overhead paging, ability to see messages without having to leave area What do you dislike about OnPage? Not ideal if both parties aren't at work What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Realized having less overhead noise is very helpful. Solving problem of lost paper notes.

Feature rich and flexible scheduling - has an Apple IOS app - affordable What do you dislike about OnPage? we were not able to port over our old number to this system Recommendations to others considering OnPage: none What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We can change our On Call staff on the fly instead of handing off a physical device - staff are happier with this capability and it less of an inconvenience

"OnPage Paging System"

What do you like best about OnPage? Effective paging system that is user friendly and easy to communicate through. What do you dislike about OnPage? The only dislike I have is that it's difficult to see schedules for calls or other metrics on the app itself, that needs to be done through the online system. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Our team is now able to be available 24/7 for our customers when an emergency arrives.

What do you like best about OnPage? The integration into connectwise. This is the biggest requirement. Was super easy! What do you dislike about OnPage? The app needs a facelift. It feels a little out dated. Recommendations to others considering OnPage: Great work onpage! What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We can set anything to be sent to oncall to have escalation easily created to recognize who has acknowledged and who has not.
