"Keeps us fully aware of all of our customer issues 24/7!"
What do you like best about OnPage? Being able to direct the right alerts to the right groups. What do you dislike about OnPage? No issues since fixing the push alerting on iOS. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Previous alerting was email only and many alerts got lost in the clutter of a messy inbox or ignored out right. OnPage put the critical alerts in plain sight so we can focus on the important issues as they arrise.

What do you like best about OnPage? It's simple to use, easy to customize. Thank you What do you dislike about OnPage? No dark theme support. Needs to be more polished, looks like a 10 years old app that hasn't been updated. Recommendations to others considering OnPage: Try it. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? On call support. None.

"Very helpful paging system"
What do you like best about OnPage? I like that there is no carrying around a pager. It overrides do not disturb, and is nice and loud. This has really helped prevent unnecessary calls. What do you dislike about OnPage? I would like an escalation on the pages. If it’s not checked I would like the page to be escalated to other people. What do you like best about OnPage? The app on my phone is nice, making it convenient. What do you dislike about OnPage? The calendar set up is hard to use especially to set up a team. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing on call schedule for a provider call group. It’s affordable and the tech staff are great.

What do you like best about OnPage? The instant notification capability and the Connectwise integration is awesome! With the ability to instantly respond to a service ticket, we can more effectively communicate with our clients. The best thing I like about onpage is that it is going its job well, and that means that I can rest assured that using OnPage my client can get a hold of me in fast and reliable fashion. "User friendly on call paging app"
What do you like best about OnPage? Easy user interface, allows for paging with accompanying text message. A nice upgrade from traditional paging. What do you dislike about OnPage? no complaints. the standard paging tone is unpleasant but like that you can change. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? fast easy communication with other providers.
