"great tool to for being oncall and simple to use."

What do you like best about OnPage? Rotating on call duties, we didnt have to coordinate handing of a pager, we would logout and login in the app on our phone. What do you dislike about OnPage? no dislike, as the app met all our business needs. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? oncall for our techs to address support issues after hours. Being alerted sooner, allowed us to respond quicker and resolve issues faster.

I am unsure if I have my 'Do not disturb" turned on, if calls will still come through Recommendations to others considering OnPage: It is a simple solution that can be implemented across your entire staff and easily programable What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about OnPage? I appreciated the speed at which pages came through, and the ability to partially customize alert tones. What do you dislike about OnPage? I'm not sure that there is much that I dislike about OnPage. It was highly effective, and did what it was intended to do - notify me when critical service requests came in. I guess my only complaint would be that at the time we used it, it could not override the mute/DND feature on iPhone, but I understand that that ...

What do you like best about OnPage? Onpage is a very easy and reliable service to use. At our company Onpage quickly enabled us to setup alerts from our monitoring system ( Solarwinds ). And different of text messages ( not reliable and very difficult since we have team members in different countries ) it was easy to have a global standard. "Quick notifications, often lots of typos, but overall effective paging system."

What do you like best about OnPage? Available on my cell, compatible with my iwatch. Continues to notify until the message is viewed, which is helpful when I’m really busy. What do you dislike about OnPage? Lots of typos. Difficult to appropriately screen “urgent” calls so often get Rx refill requests and other non-urgent messages when those are supposed to be screened out. What do you like best about OnPage? Easy to use, user friendly. good layout. What do you dislike about OnPage? How loud the alarm is. Even medium setting is pretty loud and obnoxious. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? More reachable. Easier to respond.
