What do you like best about Onfleet? Scheduling, ETA Notifications, POD, Routing, Tracking What do you dislike about Onfleet? Not very customizable, limited API. Only available for the top membership tiers What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy way to schedule, and track delivery orders. Our customers gets ETA notification and can track their delivery driver

What do you like best about Onfleet? It helps us add order to the day and really organize our routes What do you dislike about Onfleet? Routes are sometimes too general and time windows too generous What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? They are grouping people together which helps us see who can be done at similar times

What do you like best about Onfleet? The API integrations with other 3rd party services What do you dislike about Onfleet? There is no "return to base" button to trigger between tasks, so we have to factor in stops back at the warehouse between deliveries manually What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? The automatic integration with Meadow & Paytender is super helpful. The ability to call from a ghost number is great, too.

"Wonderful application"
What do you like best about Onfleet? It allows for us to see where our contractors are during the day and during service. What do you dislike about Onfleet? User interface could be brighter, I find how dark it is to be a bit distracting What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to review contractor visits and travel allows for us to better optimize routes

What do you like best about Onfleet? Clean UI, good customer support, reasonably intuitive, and reliable. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I'm hopeful they'll introduce route cloning soon; cloning many individual tasks can be laborious. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? OnFleet makes large-scale dispatching a breeze which could otherwise be a very painful undertaking.

What do you like best about Onfleet? The team at Onfleet is incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and quick to respond. What do you dislike about Onfleet? It does not currently have a direct API key for Shopify so having to route orders through Zapier to the Onfleet system is an extra step but I believe they said they were working on this and it is in their pipeline.
