Useless service! ZERO star review

Useless service! For last hour I've been trying to submit my documents (Visa) but they keep sending me emails that I have to upload pictures of both sides of my visa, however you can only attach ONE photo at a time! Every time I submit my application, they keep telling me that there is something wrong with it (visa expired, picture not clear, only one photo applied, etc). It is bloody ridicules!

According to me it’s a excellent company by the way I have good experience with this company I know this company take too much time for background check and I want to share one more thing I have Romanian Citizenship and it’s totally wrong to say racist company

I've been trying to reach out to them about a demo since they don't offer a pricing page or onboarding and their team has not gotten back to me and it's been over a week. I'm actually quite disappointed because the product looked good. I have a feeling that it's due to me selecting the smallest user size in the dropdown so they probably don't care about you if you're not an established company with thousands of users already. Onfido should focus on doing their job right rather than reporting every single negative review on Trustpilot. I will elaborate on how bad their service is. I missed out on multiple opportunities at Tesco last year because onfido could not verify my right to work. They kept on asking for the same documents over and over again after I had uploaded them. I so wish I could give them zero stars. I have applied to tesco and I don’t know why tesco has appointed them for the verification. This is the worst company ever. I have uploaded all sorts of documents; however, it just keeps saying that they do not match the criteria. I have uploaded the exact stated letters. God knows what matched the criteria. I apply for ubereats and I call Onfido to send them the docs; Patricia was very helpfully!! She does an amazing job!! She sort it out my docs in minutes!! Thank you Patricia!!!
