Would leave 0 stars if I could..

Would leave 0 stars if I could... not responding to emails. Been over 2 weeks and it is still under review according to Tesco yet my friend who applied the same time got hers back earlier I’m the week. I wish there was an option to call but I can’t find a phone number?!

Subpar customer support

Subpar customer support, sometimes not even responding to emails. Broken billing system with zero warning for unsuccessful payments. KYC results are inconsistent given the same input!

Check and double check before sending

To be fair I did rush and so had not sent the accepted passport picture. The problem is Onfido do not discard it there and then and I was sent back to Tesco thinking it had all gone through. Almost a week later Onfido write and tell me I need to resend the passport as per their guidelines. Yes, I share the blame but surely the software can be invented to discard immediately - how much this has affected my application I cannot know or prove, so I find it very amateurish this can be seen as ...

Completely Unprofessional

Decided to pull the plug on all their PAYG customers with less than one month notice. Also their emails were flagged as spam by Gmail, so we had even less time to respond, that's without all the other disruption from the current COVID-19 situation. We were refused an extension and told "That's Business!". They also refused to give me the details of any decision makers in OnFido and told me to check LinkedIn. They treat their customers with utter contempt, not a firm you'd want to entrust ...

Opening up a bank account and using Onfido to check my identity was the easiest, quickest, most hassle-free process ever! I don't think I'll ever feel safe handling my identity processing any other way. Onfido made me feel like my identity was safe and nothing was being sent to sketchy third-parties.
