Company appeared on my credit file without permission. I tried to contact them to ask why they appeared on my credit file and there was no contact but to take further information from you on their website. Link to London Office points to a location in India

I have found this company on my credit…
I have found this company on my credit report - I most definitely have not given permission for anybody to identify me and have made no financial applications in months - why are you searching for my details? I am looking to report this if I do not receive a proper response from you explaining this.

Illegal searches
This company has just appeared on my credit report as having done a search on me. I haven't applied for anything that would require an identity check so what are you doing running a search on me? Dodgy and I'm pretty sure highly illegal.

Wholly untrsutworthy
They're a company that don't take too kindly when you ask them too many questions about themselves, yet demand almost all private data on others. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could kick them.

Total waste of time
Total waste of time. Barclays should not be dealing with this useless company. Technology is NOT working, I've wasted almost a month trying to get my ID verified - after four tries and still no explanation why my selfie is not being accepted, am rapidly losing patience.

This company has requested a copy of my credit file without my permission, i have not applied for any credit. This is against the law. You have no right looking at my credit file without my permission. How would you like it if someone looked at you private affairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

completely useless
completely useless, purchased something online and had so submit my passport for approval to confirm identity through these jokers, sent the passport as clear as day no obstruction, still got refused, useless service

Awful company
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Their links don't work properly and when uploading even though photo is fine ect it just tells me I can't use it........... Terrible service. Bigger companies using this service need to think again
