Looks like a company operates remotely…

Looks like a company operates remotely from India. They do not have any basic knowledge of UK Visa status checking. Their system is not allowing multiple images. I am not sure how ethical we handover our personal information to a third party organisation operating remotely and where is the data protection act? Who gave permission to this organisation to handle information which should only handle by UK Home office?

Unauthorised Credit Check

So I was checking my credit file and this company has appeared to have done a search on me? I have no idea why as ive not applied for any credit or needed anything verified. Can’t get in contact with them to find out why. I’m rather concerned that some random company has decided to run my credit file without explanation

Never loads

Impossible to do anything as it never loads. Tried different computers and operating systems. I don't know why big companies are still using them.

ID checks on Rover

I saw another review about struggling with identity verification by Onfido on Rover.com pet-sitting website and I couldn't agree more. It's very frustrating when I have to upload (roughly twelve times) my photos in every possible size, light, colour and brightness/contrast/sharpness level, just to get the same email about the error and redoing the process again. I never passed the verification. Fortunately, Rover support team was very quick to respond and my account was approved manually. ...

I got an alert from Equifax that there had been a search on my credit file. It was these guys. No permission has been given and they are impossible to contact to find out why. Avoid.

Not a company to contact unless you're…

Not a company to contact unless you're already a customer, apparently We're a small startup and don't have a company e-mail yet so I can't even send them a message on their web page. And with no available phone number there's no way for me to contact them at all. Will keep this in mind in the future. What if our company grows beyond our expectations and they've discarded us as a customer from the get-go? From what I've found, they're not approachable.

Awful

Awful, tragically bad software that cannot even recognise a UK passport without any obfuscation. Their email support just do not reply and when they do it is just a robotic answer. As soon as I see a company is using Onfido to verify my identity I literally die inside a little each time

They do a great disservice to their…

They do a great disservice to their clients by telling those companies' would-be customers that their officially issued documents are no good with them. Funny thing is, their competitors (Persona Identities) have no problems verifying my identity with those same documents.

This company ran a search on me and then removed it on the 8th Sept. I have no knowledge why And can’t contact them to find out without giving out ID details that I am not prepared to give.
