They keep sending back my application…
They keep sending back my application saying that names don’t match and I need to send change of name document. The change of name document, that I’ve never had a problem with previously, has been attached every time, and still they return it asking for change of name document. I’m desperate to start a job and this is causing me financial hardship as a result. There’s no easy way to contact the company either, customer service needs to be better. Looks like I’m going to lose out on a job ...

Worked OK after some initial problems!
I had a problem with this initially: I was sent a web link by SMS, and when I clicked on it, the 'selfie' part of the verification process didn't work. It couldn't access my phone's camera for some reason (I just saw the 'silhouette', without any camera image!). However (after some technical advice), I found that if I copied the SMS web link, and pasted that directly into my phone's browser, it then asked for permission to access to my camera, and once I clicked to allow that, everything ...

I have missed on on 2 jobs because…
I have missed out on 2 jobs because Onfido's Right to Work check for Tescos just produced an endless spinning circle. I emailed Tesco's about it but frankly they are still sending out the same broke Onfido link. What is the point of a company that checks ids if the check is not even working!

How can you keep saying that names…
How can you keep saying that names don’t match on application, birth certificate and marriage certificate! Of course they don’t one was when someone was born, one when they got married (which doesn’t show your married name), the application name is your name you use now (married name)! Zero common sense has been used in this process absolutely shocking! No way of contacting either apart from raising a ticket and then waiting two days for a pointless response! I’ve rented houses and gone ...

Looks like a company operates remotely…
Looks like a company operates remotely from India. They do not have any basic knowledge of UK Visa status checking. Their system is not allowing multiple images. I am not sure how ethical we handover our personal information to a third party organisation operating remotely and where is the data protection act? Who gave permission to this organisation to handle information which should only handle by UK Home office?
