Terrible company
Terrible company. Asked 9 times fir birth certificate. Every time I completed the task only to be asked again. And there was sod all wrong with the pic.

Trying to unlock pension policy…
Trying to unlock pension policy document via Aviva who use this terrible app for photo id verification. Constantly says the image is blurry even when using a tripod and nothing like the images the phone takes in normal operation so well done you app developers for making something that is totally uselss and not fit for purpose!

Got approved for a home depot loan and…
Got approved for a home depot loan and was approved but was made to use this awful app to complete the verification process.. Kept failing on multiple phones near the end of the process with a connection lost error. Then it just now crashes outright when you press the enable camera button to complete the verification process... Customer service is non existant... Approved for a 10k project loan that i can use becuase of this stupid app... Horrible...

Tried to open an OMG account, Onfido rubbish couldn't detect my face on either my passport or my driving licence...Is it because I am brown, rubbish technology, in the end i gave up and didn't bother, their loss.
