bad software and morally unscrupulous

Not only a worse-than-average morally unscrupulous company, their ID software is trash, one time I couldnt sign up for a site, another time I ended up emulating a phone browser/camera on computer so it worked....

Garbage AI, no feedback, lost money

They failed to verify my mother's identity based on a selfie and a US driver's license that she regularly uses to fly everywhere in the US. They do not provide any feedback about the reason for verification failure. Their incompetence cost me $300 in lost application fees at an apartment I wanted to rent. I'm now very worried what Onfido does with all this sensitive data they are collecting.

It just doesn't seem to work.

It just doesn't seem to work. I've been trying to identify myself with both a driving license, and a passport that I have flown with and used for biometric ID before. There is no indication of what's gone wrong, how to stop it going wrong, or who to contact.

Useless

In my desire to become a new customer of Kuflink I have, after much time spent and repeated attempts, given up with the identity verification process devised by Onfido. I’m able to upload the required document (in my case a passport) but, when it comes to the required selfie, I’m consistently rejected with the unhelpful response “Something's gone wrong - you’ll need to restart your verification”. I've been trying to login to my an account which has now decided to use crappy onfido that doesn't work, I have taken 20 to 30 photos and as soon as it gets to face I'd it then asks to refresh the page and repeat taking photos absolutely appalling service and crap ai as they so call it

Documents never accepted

Documents never accepted, uploaded numerous times and never an explanation as to why they are refused. I am guessing a lot of people are missing out on interviews/employment because of their incompetence. Why employers would use this company is beyond me

I have been trying to verify my Binance account for a full day now, taking hundreds of pictures of my passport. Each time it is rejected due to too much glare and it just seems impossible to take one to their high standards. It's a passport, it has to have a shiny holographic layer for security. Your AI needs sacking and replacing.

I have had to use onfido in order to access my Pension Bee account I have given clear photographs of my passport and uploaded selfies in line with onfido instructions. I have completed this task several times but they keep getting rejected with no explanatory reasons. This is another type of A I product which does not work properly but large companies seem to have been seduced by. I think the reviews speak for themselves.
