"Excellent customer service skills"
What do you like best about Onfido? Very ease to use and interact if you are having any technical issues. Staff are really friendly in the way they co operate. Great way of building your KYC knowledge. What do you dislike about Onfido? Not had any negative problems with the user face or the site in general. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Great for security purposes and identifying photos Identificationvery smooth process and easy guides.

What do you like best about Onfido? CSM is super helpful and makes a difference to our organisation. What do you dislike about Onfido? Contract renewals can be lengthy, which causes pressure on both sides. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Consolidating all KYC checks

What do you like best about Onfido? Onfido continue to develop their product, offering new services and developing existing services on a regular basis What do you dislike about Onfido? This is a growing business but I would appreciate continuing clarity on the roadmap of developments. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you?
