Worst verification app! I have sent multiple clear photos which aren’t being verified… it’s just useless and a waste of time.

I would give it zero if I could

I would give it zero if I could. It’s absolute rubbish and a total waste of time. EToro tried to force me to use it and having wasted hours trying to get it to work even there on-line assistance gave up.

A poorly managed service forced upon you and unreliable. Asks multible times for information given and accepted before. Barclays has no customer service and uses this for KYC instead of offering a buscuit and coffee in a Bank office and really know your customer. These are hard times left to machine learning automation devices.

What do you like best about Onfido? Quality of the software and reliability. What do you dislike about Onfido? The response time in some reports requests was too high or not managed in due time. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer journey is 100% digital, increasing business productivity and customer evaluation. Yes, we are + productive.

Onfido does a great job and even if I reported some mistakes, they were corrected quickly. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfido allows us to verify the identity of the clients quickly and with high precision. This leads to more automation and less human mistakes/fraud.
