I am impressed with the ease of use of the software (only used it once though and I know there are other features not yet used). I was able to get the help I needed to host our first stream to our Facebook group. Had difficulty connecting to our account and Zomi walked me thru the steps to get connected and start streaming well before the deadline.

****update**** Someone from their support team reached out to me within hours. They explained that their free service has a 5 minute limit. I understand this. And had I known, I would have honestly gladly paid for their service. Im a little unimpressed by the lack of clarity on that 5 minute limit initially. I went over the details after I scheduled the video multiple times and everything looked good. There was even a time stamp over the thumbnail of my video that read the correct and total ...

OnStream Live is a Great Service

OnStream Live is a great service. Usually it works without issue, however the one time I noticed that my uploads were not working. I messaged their team. I was put in touch with OneStream's Tech team, who were able to fix a bug that had been created in their latest patch. This work was completed within the hour and the stream which I had created were not delayed and worked as originally planned. The ability to jump into a chat with their team is great feature and really helped us.

Easy to use

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we started livestreaming instantly. For streaming to multiple platforms, we needed a tool and OneStream is fulfilling that perfectly. The tool is really consistent and easy to use; we have set it up within minutes to get our streams scheduled.

OneStream Live has been excellent

OneStream Live has been excellent! It is extremely user friendly! Every time I’ve had a question about something, someone has almost instantly answered it on the chat feature. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

Quick and responsive!

We had an issue that was a user-error on our part. I reached out to them and they immediately responded, reassuring us that the issue (that was self inflicted) was resolved. They gave us confidence for our next live stream and responded very very quickly which was needed in that moment.
