Zara was so helpful every step of the way. I kept having more questions as I went about setting up my onestream account for the first time today and linking my accounts and posting a livestream to youtube, FB and instagram. She was able to answer them all and was very polite :)

Great software, better customer service!
OneStream allows easy streaming to multiple sources. More importantly, it allows larger files and the ability to schedule them. We've used it for a couple weeks now, and we've only encountered one hiccup (which I'd more likely put the blame on Facebook Live for than OneStream).Most importantly, their customer service team is always at the ready for comments and questions. Their feedback and expertise is very helpful. It allows for easier problem solving and leads to more improvements on our end!

Satisfied Customer
We started using OneStream recently to broadcast pre-recorded videos. We did received few technical glitches initially but the customer support we received during that period was tremendous. OneStream has one of the best customer support team ever experienced. Specially i would like to mentioned 'Shaz' and 'Boni'. They have always been a great support. Satisfied customer and looking forward for a long term relationship. Good luck guys!

OneStream have been helpful and responsive time and time again. After spending a couple of weeks reviewing a number of different streaming providers to help us continue operating during the lockdown - OneStream seemed the most suitable for our needs - to stream out a pre-recorded video as-if-live to multiple destinations - and it does the job perfectly.The simplest pricing structure of any I've seen, with round the clock support for any questions or issues.The user interface is simple to ...
