OK. This is hard to describe, because never have I encountered a company with such a quick customer service, with features that "simply" work every single time, and so easy to use that I still think I am dreaming.If you need to stream content, customize the streams, schedule the streams, announce the streams, distribute on multiple channels simultaneously, and more..then OneStream should not be missed.The cloud integration is an absolute gem.

This tool works perfectly!

This tool works perfectly for what I was trying to do. We need to "go live" on Youtube and Facebook with scheduled, pre-recorded videos. I struggled though two competitors trial offerings (start with R and C) and almost gave up before I read a review for OneStream. The interface is intuitive, the prices are great, but most important of all, it actually works!

This platform works great, but honestly one of the biggest reasons we will continue using this service is the top notch, 24/7 support team. They are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. Our first couple events using this service was a bit intimidating because it was new to us and they stood by our side the entire time to make sure our events went off without a hitch. When it comes to going LIVE on social media a section shy away. Others want to repurpose their streams for more engagement. When I'd started going live in Facebook the engagement drove me to continue for 30 days straight an hour/day.Both of these scenarios can be utilised for building a long term relationship courtesy OneStream.
