The Customer Support has been 10/10 from these guys!
These guys have been great! Support have answered any questions I had about my account super fast and very helpful.The service just works and easy to use. I’d happily recommend OneStream to anyone wanting to stream pre recorded contact. Really looking forward to their new feature of actual live-streaming. Thanks

Onestream to do Facebook live using pre-recorded video
We used Onestream to do a Facebook live event using pre-recorded video. The Onestream service was very easy to setup and use. The knowledge base and FAQs were very helpful to find answers to questions. We had great support from the Onestream team and they very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. We will use it again when we have another event.

Great onboarding support, great platform
Very new to the service, but so far works very well.Very impressed with the onboarding support and attention to detail in checking my first streams.Plenty of options - enables new streams or streaming to an existing event.

I'm a fan of OneStream Live. It's worked flawless for me so far (I've been using it for about a month) and when I have a question, support responds within minutes (sometimes seconds). Very fast!
