OneStream customer service was EXCELLENT
OneStream customer service was incredible. I was having trouble figuring out how to configure my Zoom account to my OneStream account, and the customer service agent did a live screen sharing Zoom with me to successfully walk me thru it. Was exactly what I needed and very helpful. Thank you OneStream!

I reached out to OneStream with a few questions about whether their service would suit my team's unique needs. I received a response immediately, and the customer service representative exceeded my expectations in ensuring she fully understood our requirements and explained how OneStream would be able to meet them. She was able to address the technical requirements as well as match our needs as a non-profit entity. Truly exemplary customer service!
