Best Customer Service
The help I got was immediate and thorough. While this was an administrative issue having to do with billing and log-in credentials, I had clear answers immediately. I've also asked questions about streaming in the past that were solved so quickly. You guys really have the best cusotmer service!

Does what it says | Great support We had two technical questions and the support people really helped with this. This is super important for a software company. They resolved our issues both times. Also, I love that I can stream in HD!!!!! That's huge!

Great features and intuitive to use
I signed up for a trial and found it intuitive to connect my youtube and facebook accounts. And easy to upload and schedule videos. Plus lots of cool features like scheduled video replays, embeddable media player and custom overlays. By the time I uploaded my first video I had already signed up for a paid account.

I always get a VERY QUICK response back…
I always get a VERY QUICK response back when I have a question. Everyone is so friendly and they have always answered my question and sent videos to show me how to solve the problem. I am very pleased with OneStream!
