Urgent issue resolved!
We had an urgent issue, and OneStream Live once again came though in a stressful moment. Customer service is a rarity these days, so it's refreshing to experience. Zomi is very helpful and attendance, and we will recommend this product/service to everyone!

It was/ is a strange issue..
It was/ is a strange issue... and we narrowed it down to fb issues. Support was with me on the phone as long a it took to fix the issue. They are great.

I was having issues with my scheduled stream only steaming for 10 minutes
I was having issues with my my scheduled streams not being able to stream the entire pre- recorded video length. It would only allow 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of trying to troubleshoot my upload, I contacted customer service with the chat option and Farwa was incredibly pleasant and helpful!

Simple and easy video scheduling
Simple and easy video scheduling & remote streaming app. Works on all major streaming platforms and can even create your own CDA. Worth it for sure!
