OneStream customer service went above and beyond to honor my request even when I was the one in the wrong. They made the process super easy to contact them in the first place and resolved my request within a day :) I would recommend OneStream to everyone!

Excellent help
I experienced a problem when using the new studio functionality. I reached out to support and they hopped on a zoom call straight away with me. This is a really great app which keeps expanding its functionality. Their support today was so helpful.

I discovered the platform in the pandemic and since then I use it frequently. In addition to delivering what it promises, the platform has constant updates with "ADD ONS" and new streaming channels that are an excellent extra at no additional cost. Very good service.
