We must understand that every implementation must have its moments of adjustment, what really matters is the technical support during these processes, and the service that OneStream provides is incredible, always someone available in the chat, several languages, and an honest and responsible service. In a pinch with a technical issue, the OneStream staff jumped on chat and delivered just in time for our scheduled live stream. We've had great success over the past few years communicating with our customers via web shorts and hour+ pre-recorded videos. Highly recommend

So many great features, so much great support!
So many great features, and I've only used a handful of them so far. The ability to preschedule and stream pre-recorded videos is awesome. The embeddable HTML5 video player for use on websites, along with the new chat feature that accompanies the player, is excellent.
