They have awesome support
You know your experience with a software is going to be great company when their support gets all over your business trying to help you resolve a challenge, however minor 😎. And that has been my experience with OneStream for over a year now. They are always all over your case LOL 🤣. And among the handle full of streaming solutions I have used, OneStream has a very crisp UI 💯👍🏾. Their tickers and banners are a pure delight! 🥰

Another Consistent Wonderful Experience
Knowledgeable. Professional, PATIENT, Courteous. This describes EVERY agent I've dealt with. I feel like a valued customer. I am never just thrown an article to read or in any way simply dismissed by someone who seems to not really want to help me; but simply get rid of me. This is the BEST customer service I've ever received from ANY type of business. I would actually give you 7 stars if I could!

Positive experience
I recently had a positive experience with Onestream's customer support team. They were able to answer all my questions and provided me with the information I needed. The service itself was also very helpful, allowing me to make a video recording and join a webinar after running the recording. Overall, I would recommend Onestream to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly webinar platform.
