I’ve been using OneSignal’s free plan…
I’ve been using OneSignal’s free plan for almost 18 months, mainly for push notifications. For my needs, it has been more than perfect. It works great for our small app, and even with nearly 2,000 subscribers, the free plan has been a reliable and effective solution. So far, it fully meets our requirements without needing to upgrade.

What do you like best about OneSignal? Ease of implementation and use. Their documentation is robust, well written, and very easy to understand, and on top of that they have video tutorials on YouTube.
