Easy to use

What do you like best? OneLogin is now my home base. It makes it easy by having all of the apps I use on one screen and they're just one click away without a log in page. What do you dislike? The 'sessions' are short. I have to log into the system multiple times a day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quickly accessing critical apps

OneLogin

What do you like best? OneLogin is easy to use (for most apps), supports over 5000 apps out of the box, and can automatically generate secure passwords. It supports "unlisted" apps through the creation of custom connectors. What do you dislike? Not a lot to dislike as it's a great tool. On rare occasions, a "custom connector" app can be difficult/finicky to create, although OneLogin support has always been "Johnny on the spot" to either help me create it or pretty much create 100% ...

Fantastic Identity Management Solution

What do you like best? I have direct experience with two identity provider solutions. No question about it, OneLogin is hands-down the most complete solution I've used. Not only is the product very feature-rich, its also very easy and intuitive to mange. Documentation is also top-notch. What do you dislike? User provisioning can be a bit sketchy. It works, but I often feel its more trouble than its really worth. This may have a bit to do with the app(s) that we are using with it, ...

Easy to use and a beautiful interface!

What do you like best? User roles and automatically mapping new users into the roles and automatically assigning applications! What do you dislike? When deleting users it can take a while before I get to reclaim the licenses for use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provisioning a user into the OL interface and having the system create accounts in my downstream applications is incredibly useful.
