Good cloud based storage site for collaborative work
What do you like best? Easy access and convenient file storage site. Drag and drop file feature is useful and notification settings can be tailored to allow users to see group activity What do you dislike? Viewing documents in the site could be better What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Group collaboration and easy file sharing and storage. A central place to hold documents when everyone is remote.

Great if you don't use their sync agent
What do you like best? Being able to white-label the site with our company logo and URL name. We use the site to share content with clients, and it makes us seem polished and bigger than we are to have "our own" file sharing site What do you dislike? The sync agent is very dangerous for big teams, we have deleted all of our files by accident more than once.
