What do you like best about Oneflow? Updated immediately. You can see who has been watching the documents. Very good to get reminders. What do you dislike about Oneflow? I haven´t worked in the system so long. Have no dislikes yet. Recommendations to others considering Oneflow: Maybe make a small portal that you can comment in the documentation directly, so that we can remind the property managers directly in the portal instead of emailing. What do you like best about Oneflow? Great interface, Textediting is great. I like the new video-feature. The searchability is great. What do you dislike about Oneflow? Text often dissapear (not saved). Could be intuitive to create new contract (without template). Recommendations to others considering Oneflow: Purchase a webinar + templates to get started quicker. What problems is Oneflow solving and how is that benefiting you? E-signing. Faster signs and follow ups.

What do you like best about Oneflow? The digital setup, no need for printing papers and collecting signature the old fashioned way. Effective notification system which makes sure that participants receive information that they have documents to sign. It's easy to edit and update drafts, saving time in case something in the contract needs to be edited, added or removed. "Easy to use both for every part that reads/downloads/signs."

What do you like best about Oneflow? That it saves so much time for me. I have used the "paperway" for many years and have traveled so far to meet people, to make them sign the documents, etc. There have been times when I had to rewrite documents to meet the signers demands and then I had to do all the work once again.
