What do you like best about OneCause? Customer service is superb and if you have any event staff joining you from OneCause, prepare for them to knock it out of the park. They are a HUGE help with any issues and took care of so many things that I was expecting to have to do by myself. Highly recommend for any organization with a small staff but large fundraising events

We moved platforms in 2020 and chose OneCause because of the front end experience, all the social media integrations and the fact the donors can opt in to cover the credit card charges (our previous system didn't allow that). The ease of editing on the back and front end are amazing and a game changer - now if something needs to be changed we can do it when we see it versus having to log into the back end and work our way into that page. What do you like best about OneCause? The very best feature of the mobile bidding platform is the end! Within minutes of the event every piece of information is available. Receipts for both tax purposes and acknowledgment are clean provided you took the time at the beginning to set up your auction using clean standards for input.

What do you like best about OneCause? We had a fantastic event on 12/28, and it upgrading to a Professional event was the best decision we could've made! First off, we upgraded about a week before the event, and the fact that someone was available to work our event was a small miracle, given that it was right between Christmas and NYE. Second, I was actually able to somewhat enjoy the event, myself, rather than being 100% wrapped up in the business aspect of it this year, which was amazing. ...

Everyone is always on their phone and OneCause helps utilize that by making their webpages mobile friendly and easy for donors to use for purchasing tickets or bidding on the auction. There were a number of things I liked most about Onecause........(1) It's a complete, comprehensive "one-stop shopping" platform to handle ALL your fundraising needs......from inception to implementation (and beyond); (2) the software provides such an outfit of components that meet your every need, and (3) the staff is beyond helpful.
