What do you like best about OneCause? I like the way that the online auction platform looks and interacts with donors. Fairly customizable without being overly complicated.

What do you like best about OneCause? Using BidPal for the first time, on our first online auction, was a great experience. Absolutely very fun and easy to use on the front and back ends. So much so that I regret this is not my day to day CRM system! I also researched GreaterGiving, GiveSmart, DonorPerfect's ReadySetAuction, and Blackbaud's Maestro. BidPal was a clear winner due to both the superior front end design and robust back end reporting. (Although I suspect GiveSmart is a worthy ...

What do you like best about OneCause? The customer service from the individuals we worked with at One Cause was one of the best parts. The software itself was also extremely functional and was more user friendly than our previous software from another company.

What do you like best about OneCause? OneCause's auction platform has served as an enormous help for our annual event. Their customer service and responsiveness to questions is top notch, the platforms are easy to navigate and use, and their price structure is friendly.

What do you like best about OneCause? OneCause makes event day registration so easy! The I-pads are so user friendly and collecting credit cards at registration has made our check out at the end of the night a breeze. We have been using the auction software for years, it is also very easy to use. I also LOVE all of the reports after an event!

What do you like best about OneCause? Switching from paper bidding to electronic bidding was a HUGE improvement. We were worried that our guests/attendees would be intimidated by the switch, but everyone was very open to the change and had no issues using the software. It helped our organization on the back end by providing helpful reports and made recording the donations in our CRM system a breeze with all the excel exports available.
