"Excellent Customer Service and Fantastic Platform"

What do you like best about OneCause? We started working with OneCause before the pandemic and loved how simple it was to create a PSP campaign and create our own customized website. Because of the excellent customer service we received, we felt confident to work with OneCause to stream our virtual events in 2020 and 2021. We even hosted our first live stream through the platform. Any questions that we had, OneCause jumped right in to help.

What do you like best about OneCause? The system is simple and easy to use. I like the reports that you can use and print out for the event. The online auction was a new addition to our annual fundraiser this year, and it was a big success for us!

We also loved how many different reports were created during and after the event so that we found gauge how effective our fundraising efforts were.

What do you like best about OneCause? I used One Cause's bidpal platform for a virtual auction for my school. I am not very technologically savvy, and this organization walked me through the entire process with poise and patience. I had used bidpal before as a customer but never as a vendor. The process was simple yet professional. I was delighted to see that many surrounding institutions, which I trust implicitly, also use One Cause.
