We used the events feature in OneCause and created a homepage for attendees to learn more about the event, purchase event tickets and raffle tickets, stream live video and more. We also communicated with attendees via live text message, making our virtual event seem more personal.

"Phenomenal customer service combined with an effective product!"

What do you like best about OneCause? There were many things that I loved about using the OneCause product (Bidpal. I would have to say I liked the listed steps that allowed us to keep track of where we were and what we needed to do next. Because this was an inaugural event for us, we had to input names/addresses into the database on the Onecause site, but having all of the names in our database for next year will help streamline our planning!

What do you like best about OneCause? It is very user-friendly program, and there is a help desk that is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. Also, the reports are very detailed and easy to acquire!
