"Great System and Fantastic Account Manager Support"
What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud? The automatic processes. I enter a date once and the system knows which tasks to assign on the correct dates! I have manually entered all information into multiple employee information spreadsheets for several years. We also were still performing onboarding tasks manually/on paper until we decided to try HR Cloud. I would not go back for anything! I also have to rave about our Account Manager(s). What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud? It is relatively easy to add or create forms in the system. Being able to store that information after is very helpful. The automation is helpful, though not perfect. Most importantly, we are now able to get employee information into our systems in advance which provides more time for training on the 1st day rather than just doing paperwork.
