ON24 is a decent webcast platform, room for improvement

What do you like best? It is very easy to get a basic start with ON24. The interface is fairly simple and intuitive. It is also very easy for presenters to use the platform and it doesn't require them to spend a lot of time learning the ins and outs of the platform in order to use it. What do you dislike? Robust platform with many features, has a few quirks

What do you like best? The platform is very robust and intuitive for new users, making it easy to train clients and presenters on it. Generally it works across all systems with little to no need to install anything or upgrade plugins or anything like that. Has a wide variety of features too. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Platform can be customized for any event. On24 team does a good job of training you, and using the backend tool is easy and straightforward. What do you like best? The service is second to none. Really lovely team and they are what makes the company I feel.
