What do you like best? The platform itself is very easily customisable. You have a captive audience for 30-60 minutes and can upload a lot of content for the audience to interact with. Whether that be resources, cross-promotion of events, requesting demonstration etc. The reporting tool and partner reference links provide great metrics to demonstrate the value of each webinar. What do you like best? I think the ease of use, both for our audience and for our presenters, is the best thing about ON24. What do you like best? I can't seem to find one thing they missed with functionality or service. Exceptional customer care and product is absolutely best of breed. What do you dislike? No open audio line for live Q&A as part of the subscription cost. What problems are you solving with the product? Great webinar tool for growing your webinar presence

What do you like best? Really enjoy the ability to custom brand the view on On24. I also like the option for the simulated live webinars as they best fit our needs as a company. We work with a global audience so it is not ideal for us to have to produce a webinar at 10pm for the Australian region. We can use the simulated live to record ahead of time and then go live with questions at the end. What do you dislike? The interface needs updating. Additionally the reporting can use some ...

What do you like best? One of my favorite things about On24 is the ease with which it is to create a webinar. The platform is super user friendly. What do you dislike? One of the things I dislike about On24, is the inability to see what browser/system a person using in the back-end of a live event in real time. You need to run a report to see that information.
