Over-priced platform not user friendly, needs high bandwidth and the team are not helpful

What do you like best? The strong branding options, like the background and logo during the event itself. What do you dislike? Very overpriced platform, plus the whole pricing policy is unfair, the client has to pay for the number of viewers not for the capacity, so if the total views is more than my subscription even if they enter the event for seconds I has to pay for these extra. What do you like best? The widgets and options of control that the audience gets for their experience is pretty cool. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to edit how much of the webinar would get recorded. Guests are kicked out of their quizzes, resource lists and surveys during the live version.
